Your purchase
A school bundle is a one-off purchase from Leap. Prices include VAT. Sold by AI for Global Goals LTD, registered in England, no. 12035444. There is no bundle subscription or automatic renewal. The option, total price and exact contents shown in your basket are what you buy; your paid order records that edition.
Written includes exactly twenty papers: ten Maths and ten English, with answers and a preparation guide. Your household's first marking of each owned paper and one re-mark are included. Correcting a reading, retaking a photo or confirming what was written does not use up either included marking. You also receive 50 extra Scan & mark pages. Interview includes twelve sessions in total across the listed interview modes, with feedback, the listed school interview films and guides, and tips for the supported interview sections. Complete includes both. No topic packs are included. Only the materials and interview modes listed for your school and cycle are included.
Bundles add to your current Leap plan. They do not start or upgrade a Plus subscription, replace its allowances or give access to other schools' bundles. Existing Plus access continues under your plan; buying a bundle is optional.
Delivery and access
After payment clears, your order provides the purchased materials and adds the included credits once. You need to sign in to your own Leap household to keep and use them. Paying with an email address does not by itself sign you into an existing account. Online practice may also need a child's details so we can provide the appropriate work.
For the 2027-entry edition, bundle online access ends at the end of 31 March 2027, UK time. Keep the PDFs you have downloaded; your downloaded PDFs, marks and unused bought credits remain yours after the online end date. Bought interview and Scan & mark credits do not expire. The school programme's online access and modes still end on the stated date.
PDFs need a compatible PDF reader. Online work needs an internet connection and a supported web browser; spoken interview practice also needs microphone access. You buy preparation for your household, not permission to resell or publicly redistribute the materials.
Cancelling digital content
You normally have 14 days after making the contract to cancel an online digital-content purchase. Before paying, the basket asks you to expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose that cancellation right once supply begins. We record that choice with your order and confirm it with the purchase information.
For digital content supplied immediately with that consent, acknowledgement and confirmation, the change-of-mind cancellation right ends when supply begins. If those requirements are not met, your cancellation right is preserved. This does not remove your rights if the content is faulty, not as described or not supplied.
Cancelling included services
Interview and Scan & mark services have a separate 14-day cancellation right. The basket separately asks you to request that these services start during that period. Making credits available does not itself mean every included service has been performed.
If you cancel within 14 days after requesting an early start, you pay only a proportionate amount for the services actually provided before cancellation, calculated against the agreed service price. The right to cancel ends after the services are fully performed only if you expressly requested the early start and acknowledged that consequence. Without the required early-start request and information, we will not deduct a charge for services supplied during the cancellation period.
Unused bought credits do not expire, but they do not create a new change-of-mind cancellation window after the statutory period. Your rights where a service is faulty or not as agreed remain separate.
Refunds and problems with your purchase
Contact us if content cannot be delivered, is faulty or is not as described, or if a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill. For digital content, the applicable remedies include repair or replacement and, where those cannot resolve the problem as required, an appropriate price reduction. For services, they include putting the service right or an appropriate price reduction where that cannot be done as required. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
A valid cancellation refund is returned without undue delay and within 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Any lawful deduction for services already provided is explained separately. Refunds for faulty content or services follow the applicable statutory remedy.
A refund may change access to the refunded purchase and its unused credits. It does not cancel your separate Plus plan or another purchase. If a refund concerns only part of a bundle, contact us so the affected materials, services and amount can be identified.
How to cancel or ask for help
Email hello@leap11plus.com with the purchase email, order reference if available, and what you want to cancel or what went wrong. A clear statement is enough; you do not need a particular form. You can use: “I cancel my Leap bundle purchase made on [date]. My name is [name], purchase email [email], and order reference [reference].”
Leap's materials are original preparation, not official or past school papers. Leap is independent of the schools named in its bundles; the exact school independence statement appears with each offer. Preparation does not guarantee an exam result, interview outcome or school place.
