General format summary
The supplied 2026 secondary guide says the 11+ exam consists of the ISEB Common Pretest, with modules testing Maths, English, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning. The same page is internally inconsistent on delivery mode: its admissions section says all candidates take paper-based exams in November of Year 6, while its practice section says Freemen’s uses the online ISEB Pretest. It also says the admissions process combines competitive entrance exams with interviews and a confidential current-school report; it does not publish timings or question counts.
