Merchant Taylors' School paper availability

General format summary

The Merchant Taylors' 11+ entrance exam consists of three written papers and a short online test. Written papers: English (45 minutes, comprising reading comprehension and creative writing), Mathematics (45 minutes, testing Key Stage 2 maths skills), and the Merchant Taylors' General Paper (45 minutes, unique to MTS, designed to test creativity and lateral thinking). Online test: 20-minute Maths test and 10-minute Verbal Reasoning test, provided by Quest Admissions. The General Paper specimen papers are not published. This is the current route summary in Leap's accepted source model.
