St Albans High School for Girls is a selective, independent day school for girls aged 4-18 in Hertfordshire. For Year 7 entry in September 2027, STAHS publishes a two-stage process: all candidates attend an 11+ assessment day using the online, multiple-choice ISEB Common Pre-Test, with the FAQ also naming a written communications task, and selected pupils are invited back for interview. The application deadline is Friday 13 November 2026 and the entrance assessment day is Tuesday 5 January 2027.
